These Terms and Conditions of use of the www.mistikleaf.com website apply to all Mistik Leaf users and customers, as well as to all commercial transactions carried out through this platform.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you affirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to them.
By selecting ‘I agree to the Terms and Conditions’, you recognise that you have read and understood all the points.
By browsing this website or placing any order, the customer undertakes to comply with the rules set out in these conditions, as well as our privacy and cookie policies. These rules, referred to as ‘Terms’, may be modified regularly and updates will be applied as soon as they are published, except for transactions that have already begun. Any changes will always be communicated.

It is the user's responsibility to consult the Terms periodically, as they take precedence over any other communication by e-mail, telephone or otherwise.
Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the customer may entitle Mistik Leaf to unilaterally terminate any contract or relationship established on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.
Customer registration
Only users aged 18 or over, legally capable of entering into contracts, may register on the site and use the platform to make purchases in their own name and on their own account.
Any use by anyone under the age of 18 will be considered illegal and will not be tolerated.
Use of the site by minors or incapacitated persons, either directly or through third parties, is strictly prohibited under civil law.
User/Customer responsibilities include:
1 - Using the site only to search for information on products and sales conditions and/or to make purchases;
2 - Filling in all electronic forms accurately, completely and truthfully, whether for registering as a user, placing orders and/or any other forms made available on the site that they may use;
3 - Keep your username and password secure, without sharing them with third parties;
4 - Not use the site to disseminate illegal or offensive content, contrary to ethics or public order;
5 - Comply with all the conditions of use of the site, as well as the transactions and contracts signed through it.
In order to make purchases, the User/Customer must register on the site by filling in the relevant form made available online.
The User/Customer is responsible for keeping their registration data up to date, including address information. If there is any suspicion that access data has been compromised, Mistik Leaf must be informed immediately by e-mail to hello@mistikleaf.com.
After registering, the User/Customer can place orders using the shopping basket and follow the procedures indicated, including payment.
Mistik Leaf is not responsible for transactions made with the user account, whether or not the user is responsible for them.
Mistik Leaf considers the user's session to be valid from the moment they log in with the correct username and password. Mistik Leaf cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use or misuse of personal data from this point onwards.
In the event that any user account activity is observed that could be considered fraudulent and that does not comply with the activities contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, or in the event of the occurrence of consumption patterns or systematic repetitions that could show the practice of irregular or illegitimate behaviour, Mistik Leaf reserves the right to investigate these activities, transmitting to the competent authorities the results of the investigations carried out by it, with whom it will collaborate and whose guidelines it will obey.
PRODUCTS: Prices, Features and Availability
The photographs shown on the site are illustrative and may vary from the product sent. We therefore recommend that you carefully analyse the product details before making a purchase.
Product prices and specifications may change without prior notice. Although Mistik Leaf makes every effort to keep data up to date, it is possible that some products have incorrect prices or outdated information. Should this occur during the processing of the order, the customer will be notified and may:
- Receive a refund of the difference if the advertised price is higher than the actual selling price;
- You can choose to cancel the order, or if you wish to keep the order, pay the difference if the price is higher than advertised.
Stock availability and delivery times are estimates. If, as a result of stock unavailability or delays in processing or dispatching the products ordered by the customer, it is impossible to fulfil the order within the estimated delivery time indicated, plus five working days, Mistik Leaf will contact the customer, who may choose to keep the order and accept the new delivery time indicated, or cancel it and the amount already paid will be refunded.
The price indicated for the products is, unless there is an error or indication to the contrary, the retail price (including VAT at the legal rate in force). The price of any purchase made through the website is valid for the day on which the order is placed and paid for.
All data recorded by Mistik Leaf constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between the Seller and the end Consumer, and Mistik Leaf is responsible for archiving the electronic document formalising the contract and undertakes to keep it accessible.
How to place an order
To place an order online:
Register or log in to access your account.
Browse the site and select the products you want.
Add the products to your shopping basket.
Finalise the order by clicking on ‘Checkout’.
Make the payment via the available payment platform.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order and the estimated delivery time.
Payments
Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed using one of the payment methods available on the site.
For electronic payments, a payment platform is provided by Shopify Payments, which guarantees the quality of the service and the best security guarantees. You can consult this partner's Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
We do not accept any payment methods other than those provided on the site.
Online shop security
The online shop uses encryption technologies to protect your data. All information transmitted during transactions is encrypted, from the initial moment of your transaction until the order is processed, and is not stored on public servers.

Mistik Leaf cannot be held liable for any damage suffered as a result of the use of electronic means of communication, in particular damage resulting from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or computer programmes used for communications or virus transmissions.
