Product dispatch

The chosen products will be dispatched after payment and confirmation of the order by Mistik Leaf.

The delivery time (after dispatch) for items purchased online is:

- Mainland Portugal: 3 to 5 working days
- Madeira: 5 to 7 working days
- Azores: 7 to 15 working days

for items with immediate availability (never exceeding 30 days).

All orders will be dispatched once a week, on a day to be determined.  

For greater convenience, you can request that your order be sent to another address of your choice. Make sure you enter the full address, as well as a contact name (if different) and telephone number to facilitate immediate delivery of your order.

Shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight of the parcel. This information will be provided BEFORE final payment of the order.

Any changes made to your account after placing an order will not be taken into account for that order, but only for future orders you place.

Products purchased online will be sent via CTT. If the customer opts for recorded delivery, a tracking number will be sent to follow the parcel's dispatch process.

Some of the data you provide (Name, Address, Postcode, City) will be shared with the carrier so that it can deliver online purchases. You will only be contacted if there is a problem with the delivery. Your data will not be used for any other purpose. For more information see our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.

Packaging

All items are packed and sent in cardboard boxes.
