Returns and Refunds Policy
All items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer. As they are perishable and body care products, only products with intact and sealed packaging will be accepted.
The return postage costs must be covered by the customer and must be sent by registered post.
In the event of a return, the amount will be credited to the customer's current account in the online shop.
Exceptions to the Return and Refund Policy
Products with opened packaging will only be accepted if the product has quality problems, such as a bad odour or other problem visibly related to the quality of the product. This incident must be reported by sending an e-mail with photographs proving the problem to hello@mistikleaf.com within 14 calendar days of the product being dispatched.
In the case of discounted products, unless there is a problem with the product, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
In the event that Mistik Leaf has received the wrong product (an error at the time of dispatch) or the customer has added the wrong product when registering the purchase, Mistik Leaf reserves the right to demand the wrong product in place of the correct one. The customer must therefore keep the item intact until the situation has been resolved.
